How We Review: JILI01's Criteria and the Honest Limits

JILI01 is an independent guide, not a casino. We take no deposits, hold no player money and run no games, and the site is written for readers aged 21 and over. Most of what we publish is about bonuses, which is exactly the subject where a guide's incentives and a reader's interests can quietly diverge. So here is the method, including the parts that limit us. There are no scores on this site, because a score would present a set of document checks as a measurement.

The bonus problem, stated first

A bonus is the easiest thing to write about enthusiastically and the easiest thing to mislead with. The headline number is simple and large; the clause that governs it is small and complicated. A guide that reports the first and skips the second is not reviewing anything.

Our rule is therefore that no bonus is described on this site without the conditions that govern it: the wagering requirement, the expiry, the max bet while a bonus is active, and the game weighting. Those four are set by the operator and published in its promo terms, and if we cannot find them, that absence is what we report.

The criteria

  1. Terms clarity. Whether wagering, expiry, max bet and weighting are findable and comprehensible, and whether the terms and the promotion page agree with each other.
  2. KYC rules. Whether verification and its document list are published before funding rather than revealed at withdrawal.
  3. Licence disclosure. Whether a regulator and licence are named openly, and whether the claim holds against the regulator's own register.
  4. Payment rails. Which methods genuinely reach a Philippine account, and whether charges and cut-offs are documented at all.
  5. Complaint route. Whether a written escalation path beyond live chat exists, and whether it names where a dispute goes.
  6. Responsible-gaming tools. Whether limits, session reminders, cool-off and self-exclusion actually work for a logged-in player.
  7. Support channels. Which channels and hours the operator publishes itself.
  8. App distribution. Which route delivers the mobile product, which domain serves it, and what permissions it asks for.

How we read a bonus clause

ClauseThe question we askWhy it matters to a reader
Wagering multiplierIs it applied to the bonus alone or to deposit plus bonus? The two produce very different turnover for the same headline number
ExpiryWhen does the clock start, at claim or at deposit?A short window with a large requirement can be unachievable by design
Max bet while bonus is activeIs there a cap, and does it include buy-features or bullet levels? One oversized spin can void the bonus and any winnings from it
Game weightingWhich categories count fully, partly or not at all?Playing an excluded game makes progress impossible without any warning
Maximum conversionIs there a ceiling on what can be withdrawn from a bonus?A win above the ceiling is not the win it appears to be
Forfeit optionCan the bonus be given up to release the cash balance?Sometimes the cheapest exit, and frequently undocumented

We do not publish the numbers themselves as facts about an operator, because they change. Those are set by the operator; check its promo terms. What we publish is which questions to ask and what the answers do to your money.

What we can verify

  • Whether the paperwork exists and what it says: general terms, bonus terms, banking pages, privacy and complaints policies.
  • Whether the regulator's own list carries that operator on the date we read it.
  • Whether an operator's own pages contradict each other, which is the most useful outside signal there is.
  • Whether a tool the operator describes can be reached by a logged-in user.
  • The theoretical RTP a provider publishes, or the figure a game's information screen displays.

What we cannot verify

  • Payout speed. That window belongs to the operator and moves, so only its cashier page is current.
  • Fees, minimums, maximums and bonus sizes, for the same reason.
  • How a specific dispute was decided, or how a risk team reasons.
  • Anything requiring a funded account. We run no deposit tests and never claim to have tested one.
  • Whether a random number generator behaves fairly. That cannot be audited from outside by anyone.
  • Player numbers, combined winnings, balance screenshots and testimonials, none of which we publish.

Public rail facts are the exception, because they describe the system rather than promise anything: InstaPay moves money in real time and carries a per-transaction cap, while PESONet settles in batches on banking days. Those explain most of what readers experience as a stalled payout.

Some links on this site are partner links: a brand may pay us if a reader opens an account. Assume it applies wherever an operator is linked. On a bonus-led site that disclosure matters more than usual, because the commercial incentive points directly at the thing we are writing about.

Payment changes no wording. It adds no criterion, removes no warning, softens no clause and reorders nothing. Where a paying brand's promotion page contradicts its own terms, the page says so in the same words a non-paying brand would receive.

No scores, no predictions, no invented people

  1. No ratings, and no best-of ordering that reflects our preference rather than a published figure.
  2. No claim that a game is due, hot or ready. Rounds are independent and no past sequence changes the next one.
  3. No description of a bonus as free. Wagering is turnover, and turnover carries the house edge for as long as it runs.
  4. No named human reviewer with credentials we invented. Pages come from the JILI01 editorial desk with published and modified dates.

Staleness and corrections

Operators revise promotions, terms and rails without notice, so a page can be accurate on its date and wrong when you read it. The operator's live promo terms are always the authority on its own numbers; our role is to explain which clause matters and why.

If a sentence here is wrong, point at it through the contact details on our about page and it gets fixed. JILI01 is an independent guide for readers 21 and over, we are not a casino, and the decision to play is always yours.

Frequently Asked Questions

Why do you never quote a bonus amount as a fact?

Because bonus sizes, wagering multipliers and expiry periods are set by the operator and change. We explain the clauses and point you at the operator's own promo terms for the current numbers.

What is the most important bonus clause?

The max bet while a bonus is active, because a single oversized spin can void the bonus and any winnings from it, and almost nobody reads it in advance.

Do you test deposits or payouts?

No, and no page here claims otherwise. We read published material and check public registers, which is the honest limit for a guide with no account.

Why no ratings?

Because the evidence is documentary. A score would turn yes-or-no document checks into something that looks measured and is not.

Does being paid change what you write about a bonus?

No. Links may be partner links, and that never adds, deletes or softens anything, including the clauses that make a headline offer less attractive.

Who writes these pages?

The JILI01 editorial desk. We invent no named reviewers and rely on published and modified dates rather than personal credentials.
